i will use my own life as an example. i realized about a year ago that in fact part of the idea comes from knowing not knowing what you want. i realize the part of what i wanted was the flexibility to have kids and be home with them part of the time. and still have an impact. i am blessed that my career as a blocker or commentator on tv on all this stuff has given me a way to find that path. but i am sure that if i went 80 hours a week gung-ho for the next 10 years, i would be in a different position than the one i'm going to be an because i have made that decision. now to me, that is still having it all. i am more than happy with the situation that i have created for myself. it ended up being part of michael. -- part of my goal. when it comes to having it on, it does not necessarily mean to me that i must be at the very pinnacle and also have three kids and be home with them sometimes. i understand there are trade- offs that we make but i think, being honest with yourself about what you want to be, that is the best thing
